Die wirtschaftliche Lage zwang ihn dazu, 20 Mitarbeitende betriebsbedingt zu k\u00fcndigen.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\"><em>Die K\u00fcndigungen wurden von fast allen Betroffenen angefochten \u2013 mit Erfolg:<\/em><br \/><em>Der Unternehmer hatte vers\u00e4umt, bei der Agentur f\u00fcr Arbeit eine Massenentlassungsanzeige nach \u00a7\u202f17 KSchG zu stellen.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\"><em>Die Folgen waren schwerwiegend: Arbeitsgerichtliche Verfahren, R\u00fccknahme der K\u00fcndigungen, erhebliche Abfindungsforderungen \u2013 und ein massiver Imageschaden im regionalen Markt.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>\n<\/div><div class=\"bt_bb_separator bt_bb_border_style_none bt_bb_bottom_spacing_normal\" data-bt-override-class=\"null\"><\/div><header data-bb-version=\"5.4.7\" class=\"bt_bb_headline bt_bb_color_scheme_14 bt_bb_dash_none bt_bb_size_normal bt_bb_align_inherit\" style=\";
