Sein Sohn war in einem anderen Beruf erfolgreich, der Bauleiter wollte \u201enicht allein das Risiko \u00fcbernehmen\u201c, und eine externe L\u00f6sung war \u201eeigentlich zu sp\u00e4t\u201c: Es gab keine aktuelle Unternehmensbewertung, keine klaren Vertr\u00e4ge, keine saubere Trennung von Betriebs- und Privatverm\u00f6gen.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\"><em>Ein Verkauf kam nur zu stark reduzierten Konditionen infrage.
